Drake & Partners have sold 30,000 sq ft on Glebe Farm industrial estate to Pall Mall Investments.

The unit has an excellent base spec with both docks and ground level loading doors, will be fully refurbished with new cladding, entrance and office fitted.

Drake & Partners will be retained by Pall Mall to rent out the property on completion of the proposed works.
