Drake and Partners have let this modern 39,000 sq ft mid box unit to Bentley Rowe, on behalf of Jelmac Properties.

The unit has been comprehensively refurbished to include new cladding, glazing, entrance and internal office finishes.

Bentley Rowe are expanding their operation which consists of two different arms, interior fit out solutions and modular design and build.

Alistair Spooner of Jelmac Properties confirmed: “We are delighted to welcome Bentley Rowe to the building as we continue to grow and modernise the estate. This particular building has been a long term project, which has involved moving existing tenants to different buildings on the same estate and we thank Drake and Partners for their assistance in achieving this”.
