Drake & Partners have let Midland 42 in Rugby on behalf of clients Logicor. Logicor carried out a comprehensive refurbishment of the premises which is part of a wider overhaul of the whole estate. Unit 1 is the largest unit on the estate comprising 42,000 sq ft. The building has been let to Deponti who specialise in external canopies and other structures.
