Drake & Partners have let 11,550 sq ft on behalf of South Street Capital at Dunchurch Trading Estate to Komoo. The property comprises a 10,500 sq ft warehouse plus seperate small office and additional open storage site at the front of the site.

The properties have recently been refurbished to a good standard with new internal finishes throughout.

Komoo are currently acquiring properties throughout the UK as they expand their fleet maintenance operation.
