Drake & Partners have acquired 7 Badby Park on behalf of their clients Multi-Color Labels. The property, owned by Custodian REIT, is located on Heartlands employment estate and comprises just under 50,000 sq ft, with circa 44,000 sq ft of warehouse space and 6,000 sq ft of office. Multi-Color Labels are a market leading, global supplier of premium label solutions, with clients that include Fever Tree, Nescafe, Heineken and Evian.

James Slack, Multi-Color Labels General Manager confirmed: “We are delighted to be growing our operation and moving to these premises that will help support our plans for the long term future of the Business. The Company remain committed to Daventry, where we have proudly produced labels for the food and drink markets since 1987. We look forward to starting the next chapter in our Company’s history.”
