Drake & Partners have let 17,800 sq ft on behalf of Pears Property on High March, which is part of Long March industrial estate.

The Property was recently purchased by Pears and comprehensively overhauled to include modern finishes throughout and also an extended rear yard area.

The Property has been taken by Actemium UK who are expanding into Daventry, as they grow their business which specialises in providing industrial and networking solutions in a range of different sectors.
