Northampton based commercial property and surveying company Drake & Partners are delighted to announce the appointment of Jonny Grove to their team.

Jonny has joined from CS2 and will head up our new Building Consultancy team.

Jonny has 20 years experience working in construction and building surveying. He started his career at Prestige Developments where he specialised in modular construction. In 2011 he moved to CS2 where he specialised in all aspects of building surveying work and held the positions of Director and Head of Marketing and Business Development for the group.

Jonny is a specialist in all aspects of Building Surveying and Project Management roles, including Dilapidations, Due Diligence, Contract Administration, Party Wall & Neighbourly matters, Procurement and Expert Witness.
