Acting for Paloma Capital alongside JLL, we have secured a new letting to Loop Logistics, who look to take advantage of the strategically located facility.

In the office sector we have also achieved one of the highest ranked lettings in East Midlands market, securing a new tenant at the brand new, grade A development known as ‘The View’, located at The Lakes, Northampton.
