Drake Commercial are delighted to announce the letting of 8 Carousel Way, Northampton to  retail returns specialist Revive Group Limited.

Acting on behalf of Orchard Street Investment Management for the BBC Pension Fund, Revive have signed a long term lease at a rent which sets a new benchmark on the estate. The building, 17,512 sq ft was comprehensively refurbished and means the estate is now fully let.

Revive Group are based in Northampton and process returns for well known companies such as Dwell and B & M Home Bargains to name a few. The increase in online retail in the past year has accelerated their growth meaning they required larger premises to meet increased demand for their services.
