Drake and Partners, acting as joint agents with Bromwich Hardy on behalf of the Landlord, Thercel Land have completed the letting of Yard 18 at Europark in Rugby to Gasrec.

Gasrec is the UK’s leading supplier of gas to the road transport sector.

As a pioneer in the supply of gas fuels, Gasrec has built nine refuelling stations across the UK to service gas-powered vehicles, including, in 2013, the first open-access facility at the Daventry International Rail Freight Terminal (DIRFT) logistics park, the largest LNG refuelling station in Europe. The site at Europark is strategic given its proximity to DIRFT and the M1, M6, A14 motorways.
