The estate, which encompasses 15 units totalling 127,542 sq ft was in poor condition and over half of the units were vacant when Eskmuir purchased the estate.

Over the intervening period, Drake Commercial assisted Eskmuir in implementing an asset management strategy which incorporated a comprehensive refurbishment of the vacant units. The refurbishment paid dividends with Drake Commercial completing eleven new lettings and two lease renewals leaving the estate fully let.

As a result of the refurbishment and proactive asset management programme implemented, the overall rental income on the estate increased by nearly 70% since the landlords purchased the estate.
