Acting on behalf of Paloma Capital, Drake & Partners have successfully let Westgate 8 to Loop Logistics. The unit, 55,872 sq ft had been fully refurbished to an excellent standard.

Drake & Partners were retained as letting agents alongside JLL upon the sale on the asset to Paloma and this letting comes off the back of the letting of 28,000 sq ft at Unit 2A to Ubbink.
