Drake & Partners have let 30,000 sq ft on Glebe Farm in Rugby on behalf of Pall Mall Investments.

The property was bought by Pall Mall who refurbished the property to a high standard throughout. The new tenant, Decor Carpets and Flooring Ltd have been looking for a space along the M1 corridor to fit their new UK facility and distribution needs.
