Acting on behalf of clients NRG Riverside, Drake and Partners have successfully completed the acquisition of a 15,260 sq ft workshop facility on Trafford Park, Manchester.

NRG Riverside are one of the UK’s largest specialist commercial vehicle fleet management companies. The business which has been established for over 25 years, operates in excess of 2,500 vehicles and employs over 220 people across the UK. The new facility will be used for vehicle maintenance and hire providing 24 hour workshop facilities for both new and existing customers. The £2.5m investment into this new facility also includes a state of the art ‘Centre of Excellence’ which will be open for employee and customer use later in the year.

The building located on Kestrel Road has been fully refurbished and incorporates offices at ground and first floor level and loading via a large secure yard.
