Acting on behalf of Sytner Group, Drake & Partners have recently completed the letting of “The View” located at The Lakes, at Waterside Way on the Bedford Road in Northampton.

The View comprises a brand new, detached two-storey office building, totalling 9,412 sq ft and offering 70 car parking spaces.  Fully fitted to include air conditioning throughout, raised floors and LED lighting, the building has been let to Roeslein Group.

Drake & Partners acted jointly with TDB Real Estate, on the office to let in Northampton.
