Drake & Partners have let Swift 34 to Resource Secure Recovery, on behalf of clients Colmore Capital. Colmore purchased the building earlier in 2021 and carried out a full refurbishment program. Resource Secure Recovery have food recycling contracts with the likes of Amazon and Sainsburys.

Drake & Partners facilitated the quick turnaround, with the lease completed just 4 weeks from instructing solicitors. They were jointly instructed with CBRE.
