Drake & Partners have successfully sold Swift 34 in Rugby to GYS Ltd.

Drake & Partners acted jointly with DTRE on behalf of Columbia Threadneedle in the sale.

The building is a high spec midbox facility located on the popular Swift Valley estate in Rugby, with excellent access to the M6.

GYS are a French owned, family run business created in 1964. The company is now a major player in the design and manufacture of welding machines, battery chargers and car body repair equipment. GYS are growing from their existing Rugby facility which is based off Butlers Leap. Drake & Partners have been retained by GYS to find a buyer for that building which comprises circa 24,000 sq ft.
