Drake & Partners have let two units at Stepnell Park in Rugby. Units 2A and 2B each comprise 5,200 sq ft, totalling 11,400 sq ft. The scheme is a brand new development that has attracted a range of local, regional and national occupiers. The most recent deals are to Exergyn Ltd who are a creative clean tech company and BNS Distribution, who are pharmaceutical suppliers.
