Drake & Partners have completed the sale of a 4 acre site on Sheaf Close, Lodge Farm in Northampton on behalf of C Butt Properties Ltd.

The site was widely marketed and was subject to a competitive bidding process illustrating the demand for income producing IOS investments in the Golden Triangle.
