Drake & Partners have let RW64 on Crow Lane, Northampton to Lubriage Ltd who have re-located from Milton Keynes to Northampton.  This 63,695 sq ft detached warehouse unit was fully refurbished to include the installation of two new dock level loading doors.  Terms were agreed with Lubriage in advance of the works having been completed.
