Drake & Partners have completed the sale of a warehouse investment on Lodge Farm in Northampton for a figure of £5,200,000.  The property was extensively refurbished prior to letting to Trans Global Freight Management Ltd, who took a 10 year lease.  The property was sold on behalf of private investors.
