Drake & Partners have let over 35,000 sq ft to GXO at Lancaster House.

The iconic building which is known for its occupation by Avon, is now multi let and GXO have taken two floors, where they will base their new HQ.

David Smith, Partner at Drake & Partners confirmed: “Lancester House offers the best office space in Northampton and we are pleased to secure the letting of GXO. Since Covid, better quality office buildings have been sought by occupiers, with improved staff welfare facilities and Lancaster House certainly offers this to its occupiers“.
