Drake & Partners have let a further 9,000 sq ft at Lancaster House.

The iconic building which is known for its occupation by Avon, is now multi let and HCR have taken a suite, where they will relocate their Northampton HQ to. HCR who were formally Hewitsons, are a well known and established firm of solicitors in the town.

David Smith, Partner at Drake & Partners confirmed: “Lancester House offers the best office space in Northampton and we are pleased to secure the letting of HCR. Since Covid, better quality office buildings have been sought by occupiers, with improved staff welfare facilities and Lancaster House certainly offers this to its occupiers“.
