Drake and Partners have agreed the letting of the former Danetre Garage Premises in Daventry.

The property is an iconic building located on the main London Road as you enter the town.

The property has been taken by Same Deutz Fahr, who are one of the largest tractor and farm machinery groups globally. They move into the town from Barby.

SDF have been looking to upgrade their premises for a number of years without being able to find anything suitable and the landlord needed to find a new tenant ‘off market’ so we were delighted to help them both find a solution“.
