On behalf of clients Richard Utley Ltd, Drake & Partners have secured new tenants on Europark 44, a speculative built new warehouse comprising 44,120 sq ft. Coba International, a global plastics extrusion company, are taking the space in addition to the HQ in Fleckney, Leicestershire.
