Drake & Partners have sold the above site located on Crow Lane, in an off-market deal to Trebor Developments.  The proposal is to speculatively develop two units of 82,656 sq ft and 65,164 sq ft.  The units will provide high quality self-contained building with on site car parking, first floor offices, multiple dock and level loading doors, and 50m yards.  Both units will be available on leasehold and freehold terms.  Construction is expected to commence in Spring 2022.
