Drake & Partners have let this 82,000 high spec warehouse and logistics facility to Arcese.

The unit is prominently positioned on Swift Valley industrial estate and is popular with other logistics operators such as DHL and Evri.

Arcese are an Italian owned road, sea and air transport company that are rapidly expanding in the UK.

Michael Warren of Swift 100 who own the building commented: “We are delighted to welcome Arcese to the building and look forward to building our relationship with them.
