The property comprises a double unit, prominently located just off the main London Road in the town.

Travis Perkins have occupied the properties for a number of years and it is their main builder merchants operation in Daventry. Rents have continued to rise in the town and the wider region and we are pleased to have been able to reach mutually acceptable terms for both landlord and tenant.
