Drake & Partners have successfully let the final remaining unit at Triton Park to Advanced Total Supplies. ATS are expanding from their operation from their additional units on Glebe Farm.

Drake & Partners were retained by Hines after they bought the estate in 2024. Since then we have worked with Hines to advise on their refurbishment programmes for the vacant units and acted with them to agree rent reviews, lease extensions and new lettings, improving the quality of their product and moving the rents on with it.
