Drake & Partners have successfully assigned the lease on 9 Cottage Leap to Fitness Worx

Having originally acted for the landlord in the original letting, we were instructed by the existing tenant Dynapac who wished to vacate the premises ahead of their lease break date.

After a proactive marketing campaign, we were able to negotiate the assignment of the lease to Fitness Worx who have been looking for a suitable opportunity in the Rugby to continue the growth in the region.
