Drake and Partners have completed the letting of 8 Carousel Way, Northampton to Mavel Padel Limited on a long term lease.

We acted on behalf of Orchard Street IM who undertook a comprehensive refurbishement on the property to include a new array of PV on the roof.

Marvel Padel in partnership with the LTA and Addidas are due to open soon and will boast 4 doubles and 1 singles court as well as a wellness studio upstairs.
