Drake & Partners have sold 7&9 Brunel Close, Daventry on behalf of Minehart Investments. The investment comprises two industrial/warehouse units located on Drayton Fields employment estate. The units have been purchased by Aspenrock Investments, who have added the opportunity to their growing investment portfolio. Drake & Partners acted for Minehart with Aston Rose advising Aspenrock.
