Drake & Partners have assisted Nyfield in the acquisition of a new HQ office facility in Daventry.

Nyfield are a family run business that have been established since 1867. They were formally part of Stepnell Group located in Rugby, but have now relaunched as Nyfield where they will look to grow their property management and asset management arms of the business.

As part of this relaunch, Drake & Partners are pleased to have advised Nyfield in their search for a new office premises and were able to secure an off market opportunity on the popular Cottesbrooke Park in Daventry.
