Drake & Partners have completed the letting of 5A Saddleback Road to KKC Kart Components Ltd. KKC are the largest kart component distrubutor in the UK and required further space to complement their existing portfolio.

The building was extensively refurbished to include a new roof, roller shutter doors, windows, doors and cladding sheets. This has resulted in a new long term letting at a market leading rent.
