Drake & Partners have sold 4&5 Cottesbrooke Park to Breezemount, who are relocating their UK HQ to the building.

The building comprises 3,600 sq ft of self contained office space, located on Heartlands Business Park in Daventry.

Drake & Partners acted for Little Tiger Investments on the sale, with Breezemount represented by Elliam.
