Acting on behalf of Mileway, Drake & Partners have completed the letting of 4 Sovereign Court, Round Spinney , Northampton to MI Transport Ltd.

MI Transport are an existing logistics company and required a more modern, larger unit on the north side of Northampton to ensure future business growth was not curtailed.

The unit was refurbished by Mileway to institutional specification.

TDB Real Estate acted as joint agents on the letting.
