Drake & Partners have let 3 units comprising 20,233 sq ft on Signal Park to Interpump UK Ltd.

Signal Park is a brand new, high specification employment estate in Daventry with a range of industrial, warehouse and trade counter occupiers.

The deal with Interpump represents the largest letting at Signal Park and means there is now only a single unit remaining before the estate is fully occupied.

Interpump have recently acquired Alltube, who are a long standing Daventry occupier that were founded in 1986. They are specialists in tubing and hosing across the commercial sector.
