Drake & Partners have let a brand new double unit at Stepnell Park to Off Grid Energy. The property is part of a wider scheme built by Stepnell, which is linked to the redevelopment of their own Rugby HQ site. Off Grid Energy, who provide renewable energy storage solutions, are moving to Stepnell Park as part of their rapid expansion plans.
