Drake & Partners have completed a further letting at St James Mill Business Park, Northampton to The Fibre Group on behalf of Warehouse REIT.

This deal comes off the back of lettings to Alltrade, Orchard Flooring and Total Signs, all at record rents and underlines the popularity of the estate with occupiers and proactive asset management on this estate.
