Acting on behalf of Royal London Asset Management, Drake & Partners have recently completed the letting of Units 1-2 Weddell Way at Brackmills Gateway, Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton.
1-2 Weddell Way consists of two semi detached units of 19,352 sq ft each which have both been comprehensively refurbished to include a new roof, roller shutter doors and LED lighting throughout.
Unit 1 was let to leading e-scooter company Voi Technologies Ltd who oversee the contract for the rollout of electric scooters from Northampton Borough Council. Unit 2 was let to groundworks contractor, S&D Paving.
Drake & Partners acted jointly with TDB Real Estate on the letting at Brackmills Gateway.
