Drake and Partners have let unit 10 Brassey Close, Peterborough on behalf of Eskmuir Group to motor parts distributor L Bennett and Sons. The unit, measuring 3,597 sq ft was comprehensively refurbished prior to agreeing terms. The letting adds another established trade counter occupier to the estate. Further deals on unit 5 and 9 are due to be announced shortly.
