Drake & Partners have successfully sold 1 Whittle Close in Daventry.

Drake & Partners acted jointly with TDB on behalf of Rotherhill in the sale.

Stuart Waite, Associate Director at Rotherhill, commented: “We acquired the property with a view to creating a best-in-class industrial unit in a location characterised by a limited supply of quality accommodation within this size range. We carried out a comprehensive refurbishment programme that included the removal of the previous occupier’s fit-out, installation of new M&E including LED lighting and an energy-efficient electric heating system, roof and cladding recoating works, gutter relining, and the complete redecoration of the office, welfare and warehouse areas. The works were designed to significantly enhance the building’s specification and improve its environmental performance, achieving an EPC rating of B.”
