The site is adjacent to Junction 9 of the A14 to the south of Kettering and benefits from its location equidistant from the M1/M6 interchange to the west and A1(M) to the east. This puts the site at the heart of the national road network. Symmetry Park, Kettering is located immediately to the east and the Pytchley Lodge and Venture Park employment areas are located to the north and provide a wide range of employment uses including a mix of industrial/warehouse occupiers as well as office, retail and leisure uses.
