Drake & Partners are pleased to report a very positive last 6-18 months in the M1 corridor Midbox market.

We class Midboxes as industrial/warehouse units that comprise of between circa 20,000 to 100,000 sq ft.

These units have proved popular for larger national logistics operators who want a smaller local/regional facility, as well as growing UK firms and overseas companies that are looking for a UK facility.

The location between Milton Keynes and Rugby is also very popular as companies look to take advantage of the position in the heart of the golden triangle, which means more than 5m people are within a 1hour drive.

Examples of this activity include the following deals that Drake & Partners have agreed over the last 12 months or so:

82,000 sq ft let to Arcese at Swift Valley Rugby.

52,500 sq ft let to YDH International at Swift Valley Rugby.
