Acting on behalf of Quidnet REIT Ltd, Drake Commercial have recently completed the letting of a 40,000 sq ft distribution facility on Round Spinney in Northampton to Keen & Able Ltd.  The property which was available at a quoting rental of £220,000 per annum has been taken by Keen & Able Ltd on a 5 year lease.

The Round Spinney building has been acquired to provide additional space alongside Keen and Able’s existing Northampton facility.
