Northampton based commercial property company Drake & Partners are delighted to have agreed to become the main sponsors at the Bold Dragoon Cricket Club.
The cricket club, which is also based locally in Northampton were only set up as recently as 1987, originally as a friendly side but have grown year on year and now boast two Northants County League (NCL) teams, with the 1st XI having risen through the leagues up to Division 3.
Bold Dragoon CC have created a fantastic playing facility and clubhouse, which is part of Old Scouts RFC, located on Rushmere Road. The two clubs have grown close links to one another and share an affiliation, with several players and members representing both clubs.
Bold Dragoon CC continues to grow and Drake & Partners sponsorship will help the club invest in the ground and clubhouse, including new playing and maintenance equipment. Drake & Partners support also comes as the club has set up a new junior section, with the club hosting ECB backed Allstars and Dynamos junior cricket programmes.
