Drake & Partners are delighted to confirm the appointment of Adam Bardell to our Building Consultancy team.

Adam joins from CS2 where he was previously a Director in their Milton Keynes office and brings with him a wealth of experience.

Adam has over 20 years experience in building surveying. He qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor at Donaldsons in London in 2006 before moving across to DTZ in 2007 when the firms merged. In 2012 Adam joined CS2 progressing to board level Director. Adam specialises in various areas of building surveying but has particular expertise in dilapidations, technical due diligence and contract administration. He is one of the most respected building surveyors in the market when it comes to dilapidations, acting for both landlords and tenants. Adam is a RICS accredited Chartered Surveyor and is also an RICS APC assessor. 

The appointment expands Drake & Partners Building Consultancy team which has gone from strength to strength since it was set up by Jonny Grove in 2022 and has a growing reputation in the sector.

Our Building Consultancy team now boasts some of the most experienced and knowledgeable surveyors in their fields, with Jonny Grove MRICS Partner, Gary Viccars MRICS Director, Adam Bardell MRICS Director and additional consultants Alan Edge MRICS and Jim Peel MRICS.
