Drake Commercial have completed the sale of Albert and Victoria House to the NHS.  The semi-detached buildings, totalling 17,668 sq ft were recently refurbished to provide high quality open plan office accommodation in the heart of the town centre with the added benefit of 38 on-site car parking spaces.

The NHS acquired the space for additional administrative facilities and consulting rooms as part of an expansion of their existing facilities immediately adjacent to The Mounts in Northampton.

The property was sold freehold and Underwoods acted on behalf of the NHS.
