Drake Commercial have let LF50 Lodge Farm Industrial Estate, Northampton, a 50,000 sq ft refurbished warehouse to Trans Global Freight Management on behalf of private investment clients on a new ten year lease. The occupier Trans Global Freight Management was already based on the estate, but has expanded by taking LF50 as additional space.

The self-contained unit is five miles from J16 of the M1 motorway and provides easy access to the centre of Northampton. The comprehensively refurbished unit comprises two bay warehouse with ancillary office accommodation, with dedicated car parking and a large secure yard.
