Acting for Multi-Color Labels, we have recently acquired 50,000 sq ft on a leasehold basis from Custodian Capital, on Heartlands Business Park. (Left side photo).

Stephenson Close Drayton Fields
Acting for a private landlord, we have let 50,000 sq ft of high level warehouse space to Brian James Trailers.

Riley Close Royal Oak
Acting for a private landlord, we advised on a comprehensive refurbishment of the 30,000 sq ft premises, before agreeing a new letting to UK Rubber Recycling. (Right side photo).

Sopwith Way Drayton Fields
Again acting for a private landlord, we have let circa 20,000 sq ft to national security company Axon Safety.

The smaller market has also been extremely active and we are seeing record rental levels being achieved across all size ranges.
